Rules & Regulations of Raxasa

 

1. Copyright

All pictures, designs and contents are under copyright by law and also protected with witchspells. Therefore unpermitted use, copy or whatever will result in legal prosecution including hair loss and permanent impotency - Be aware.

 

2.Orders

All the given prices are including VAT (MWSt) and can change without prior notice. Upon received order, given price is obligatorily. Raxasa will reconfirm the client by e-mail a.s.a.p. with all the details about delivery and charges which are excluded from the given price. Raxasa can refuse orders with certain reason by e-mail.

 

3. Payment

Payment is temporarily only accepted with pre-payment to account or payment upon delivery by post.

 

4. Warranty / Return

All ordered products are untill completed payment under Raxasa's possession. There is a 10 day limit of complains, to withdraw from the order or to return the unwanted product to Raxasa. This resulting costs have to be paid by the client. Any later complain Raxasa will refuse.

The client will receive a voucher from Raxasa for the returned product.

 

5. Salvation Rule

If any of the above rule should be incorrect, all the other rules stay untouched. Raxasa can change this GTB without prior notice. Only Court place is Zurich, Switzerland.
